Mood Tracking

Mood tracking over the course of a one week period can be a helpful way to determine any patterns or triggers for your moods. Sometimes if you’re in the middle of all of your “stuff,” it can be hard to label any identifiable triggers. Recording daily and reflecting at the end of the week can give you a good overview of this. Make note of any significant emotions you experienced like feeling anxious, tired, angry, etc, and jot down what was happening around that time.

There are also great mood tracking apps like Daylio and Moodily that can function in the same way as a paper mood tracker.

Be well.
