More Gratitude Journaling
I keep coming back to the idea of daily gratitude journaling. This is so helpful for finding small moments of gratitude and positivity despite whatever challenges life has handed you. On the days where you feel really down, it’s even more important to find gratitude!
Here are the prompts I’ve been using recently:

-Three things that would make today great
-Three “I am” affirmations
-Three amazing things that happened today
-What could have made today even better?
