Morning Routine

Think about ways that you could make your morning routine more productive, relaxing, or enjoyable.  I find that when I enter my day feeling stressed or overwhelmed, the rest of the day tends to follow suit.  I like to try to enter the day in a way that sets me up for success.  For me, that means getting up with enough time to finish up any extra work, take my dog for a long walk, do laundry or some small household tasks, and set some goals for the day.  Think about what that means for you and what you might need to have a better day.  This blog has some good ideas.  And most importantly avoid social media first thing in the morning!
