Meditations for Anxiety
The new year can be a good time to incorporate some new things into your routine. Meditation could be one of those things! I like to pick a time of day that feels right…either in the morning to set a good tone for the day or at the end of a school/work day to decompress. These are short exercises, but you’re sure to see some major improvements in your mood and stress levels if they’re done regularly.
