Distorted Thoughts

All of us engage in distorted thinking from time to time.  Our anxiety and negative beliefs can significantly change our perception of situations. It can be really eye opening to learn more about which distorted thoughts we tend to use most. I bet you’ll find there is more than one you tend to use often. Next week’s tip will help you start learning how to challenge and dismantle some of these negative or distorted thoughts.
