Weekly Intentions
Today’s tip is about setting weekly intentions. At the start of the week, set a list of intentions that meet your needs in many different areas of your life. You can use the domains of wellness listed in the previous blog post as a jumping off point. Take inventory of how you’re doing in these areas and what you could do this week to better meet your needs. Here’s an example of what a set of weekly intentions might look like:
-Read 4x
-Long walk 3x
-Gym 2x
-Cook at home 4x
-Date night/night with friends 1x
-No TV after work 3x
