How to Unwind
In a time of so much uncertainty, it can be really hard to unwind! If you’re now working from home it might be tough to separate work from home life, or you might be encountering the added challenge of remote learning with young children. Whatever the case is, it’s imperative that you work on incorporating some strategies to help you unwind. I’ve found it helpful to have a specific activity that allows me to transition from work life to home life. I like sitting outside for a few minutes, walking my dog while listening to a podcast, or doing a quick meditation on the Calm app.
