Gratitude journaling can be a powerful tool that allows you to focus on positivity, which can ultimately impact your perception of life circumstances. We all have challenging life circumstances and it’s important to honor those and allow yourself to experience whatever feelings you have in response to these events, however, it’s also incredibly powerful to then try to shift toward a more positive/grateful perspective.
