Tapping for Anxiety

Tapping can be an incredibly useful tool to treat anxiety in the moment. Treating anxiety usually involves a cognitive piece to help you manage the anxious thoughts, as well as a physical piece to help you manage the physical symptoms that usually accompany it. This technique may feel a little weird at first, but it actually works! Try it a few times and see if you like it.
