Self-Soothing Tips

Life feels tough right now, and we need to be using some self-soothing more than ever! Think about what soothes you. Maybe it’s an oil diffuser, soft blanket, or aromatherapy candle. One of my favorites is Aveda’s Stress Fix Composition Oil. I rub a small amount on my hands and take deep breaths when feeling anxious or overwhelmed.
