Green Things
There is limitless research on the many health benefits of getting outside or surrounding yourself with green living things. Take some time this week to stand outside for a few moments and take in the sky. Take some deep breaths as you look at the wonder of what’s around you. You might even find it helpful to say some affirmations to bring you to a present-focused state of mind.
It’s also a good idea to consider adding a few plants to your living space. Plants improve the air quality and can help improve your mood. I love including pothos and spider plants in my space.
